Elaine Kirk

Elaine Kirk has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Elaine started their career as a Financial Administrator at Teubner & Associates / Esker International in 1990 and worked there until 1994. Elaine then joined Jarrett Smith, CPA's as an Account Processor, where they worked from 1996 to 1999. In 1999, they became a QA Software Analyst at Tax and Accounting Software Corp (TAASC) until 2001. Elaine then moved to Intuit, where they held the roles of Sr Software QA & Process Engineer from 2001 to 2006, and QA Architect from 2006 to 2008. Elaine joined RealPage, Inc. as a Sr. QA Analyst IV in 2009 and worked there until 2010. Currently, Elaine is working at Cencora in various roles, including QA Team Lead/Manager, e-commerce Services from 2010 to 2013, IT Service Manager, eBusiness Services from 2012 to 2017, Director, Specialty eCommerce Services from 2017 to 2021, and currently as the Director, Business Integration.

Elaine Kirk obtained a BS degree in Management Science & Computer Systems (MSCS/MIS) with a minor in Accounting from Oklahoma State University in 1990. Elaine also holds several certifications, including Certified SAFe® 4 Product Owner/Product Manager, Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist, SAFe® 4 Certified Scrum Master, and ITILv3 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management. The ITILv3 Foundation Certificate was obtained in 2012, while the SAFe® certifications were obtained in 2018.
