Heike Roeder

Heike Roeder has extensive work experience in quality assurance and digital transformation within the life science industry. Heike currently holds the position of Vice President Quality Assurance International at Cencora, where they are responsible for ensuring quality standards across international operations.

Prior to this, Heike worked as the Director and Lead Digital Quality at Deloitte Deutschland, where they played a key role in the digitalization of quality management in the life science industry. Heike provided strategic advice, conducted assessments, and led transformational projects to drive organizational change.

Heike also has experience working at Bayer Pharmaceuticals as the Lead Digital Transformation QMS and Vice President, where they focused on the digital transformation of the quality management system. Heike was also the Head of Process and Knowledge Management, overseeing the development and implementation of efficient processes and knowledge sharing initiatives.

Before joining Bayer, Heike worked as a self-employed Operational Excellence Consultant at LEO Pharma, where they provided consultancy services for operational improvement projects. Heike also held various leadership roles at UCB, including Director of Change Lead and Head of Global Training, SOP, and Process Improvement. In these roles, they managed worldwide supply chain operations for clinical studies and implemented strategies for efficient supply planning.

Earlier in their career, Heike worked at Bayer HealthCare as a Global Clinical Trial Supply Manager, responsible for managing clinical trial supplies and ensuring timely delivery.

Heike Roeder has a certification in Data Sciences for Health from the Goethe Business School - Goethe University Frankfurt, obtained in 2022. Heike also has a Master's degree in Pharmacy from the University of Düsseldorf. In addition, Heike has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Düsseldorf. Furthermore, they have obtained additional certifications, including Change Agent for systemic change from NAVO Consulting in 2014 and Green Belt Lean Sigma from Smallpeice Enterprises in 2013.
