John W. Arena

John W. Arena has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on commercial business development and strategy. John has held various senior leadership roles at Lundbeck, including SVP & US Chief Commercial Officer, VP & General Manager of US Psychiatry, and VP of Sales & Commercial Execution Lead. At Lundbeck, they successfully drove business development, managed product lifecycles, and led large sales and marketing teams. Prior to Lundbeck, they worked at Johnson & Johnson as a Product Director, where they led cross-functional teams and managed market access initiatives for rheumatoid arthritis products.

John W. Arena holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Industrial Relations/Human Resources Management from the University of Cincinnati. John has also obtained additional certifications, including the Executive Mentorship Program from Lundbeck in 2021 and an Executive Certification in Health Policy from Thomas Jefferson University in 2011.
