Kim Skanson

Kim Skanson has a diverse and extensive work experience that spans over several leadership roles in various companies. Currently, Skanson is working at Cencora as the SVP of Global Business Services, where they are responsible for leading multidisciplinary teams and spearheading the organization's shared services strategy. Skanson focuses on harnessing global talent, driving efficiency, improving customer experience, and setting industry benchmarks.

Prior to Cencora, Skanson held various leadership positions at Cargill. Kim served as the President of Global Business Services, where they led a team of around 9,000 employees providing services in several areas. Skanson was also the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) and Vice President of Infrastructure Operations at Cargill. In these roles, they were accountable for technology strategy, overall stability, and managing large teams and budgets.

Before joining Cargill, Skanson worked at Target, where they held the positions of Vice President of Application Development, Sr. Director of Enterprise Architecture, and Director of IT Infrastructure & Application Delivery.
