Melanie Smith

Melanie Smith has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Melanie started their career as an HR Generalist Intern at PepsiCo - Pepsi Beverages Company in 2009. After that, they joined The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company in 2010, where they held various roles such as HR Generalist, HR Manager, and HR Transformation Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for change management, global HR transformation, and providing HR leadership and support. In 2018, Melanie joined TireHub as a Regional Human Resources Business Partner. Melanie then worked at Kimberly-Clark as an HR Leader from 2019 to 2022. Currently, Melanie is working at Cencora as the Human Resources Director, where they collaborate with the US Supply Chain SVP to drive workforce initiatives across distribution centers in the United States.
