Jessica Gerundo

Jessica Gerundo is currently the Head of Global Talent Management at Mozarc Medical, overseeing talent acquisition, management, and employee experience. Prior to this role, Jessica worked at Medtronic as a Senior HR Manager, serving as a Strategic Business Partner for the Minimally Invasive Therapies Group. Before that, Jessica was a Manager of Human Resources at Chemtura Corporation. With a background in healthcare recruitment at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center and Western Connecticut Health Network, Jessica brings a wealth of experience in talent management and human resources to their current position. Jessica holds a degree in Talent Management from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of South Alabama.
