Michelle Wagner

Michelle Wagner currently serves as the VP of International Compliance at Cencora, starting in January 2024. Alongside this role, Michelle is an External Member of the Finance and Risk Management Committee at The Royal Australasian College of Physicians. Previously, Michelle held key positions at Mundipharma as a Global Compliance Officer and at Yogahood Australia as an Independent Director and Company Secretary. Michelle's extensive experience at Johnson & Johnson spanned a decade, culminating in roles such as Global Head of Supply Chain and Third Party Intermediary Ethics & Compliance and ASPAC Compliance Head for Medical Devices, where achievements included significant improvements in compliance metrics and successful integration of businesses. Michelle's educational background includes a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney and qualifications from the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
