Paula Barg

Paula Barg has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Paula is currently working as the Chief Member at Chief since September 2023. Prior to that, they were Vice President, Global Products and Solutions - Partnerships at Cencora from October 2022. From October 2021 to October 2022, they served as Director, Corporate Strategy & Innovation at AmerisourceBergen. Before that, they held the role of Director of Talent and Organizational Development at AmerisourceBergen from October 2020 to October 2021. Paula also worked at The Chemours Company as the Global Talent & Inclusion Leader from June 2018 to October 2020, where they led talent management, executive coaching, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Paula was previously employed at Comcast, where they held various roles such as Senior Manager Talent Management, Program Manager at Comcast University, and Executive Search Care Coordinator. Paula started their career at Teach For America as a Teach for America Corps Member - HS Biology Teacher from August 2012 to July 2014.

Paula Barg holds a Master's degree from the University of Pennsylvania, which they obtained between the years 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Pittsburgh, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Communication from 2008 to 2012. Paula also has a certification in Executive Coaching from the Teleos Leadership Institute, obtained in 2020, and a Global Talent Management Leader (GTML™) certification from Wharton Executive Education, acquired in 2019. Additionally, they have obtained a PRAXIS II Biology certification and a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Certification from the Yoga Alliance.
