Wingmen Chung

Wingmen Chung has a strong background in legal and compliance roles. Wingmen served as Vice President of International Compliance at Cencora starting in 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Walgreens Boots Alliance as Vice President of International Compliance and Ethics from 2018 to 2021. In this role, they established the Compliance and Ethics organization and oversaw various aspects including code of conduct, corporate governance, anti-bribery and corruption, and policy implementation. Before joining Walgreens Boots Alliance, Chung was the General Counsel at Alliance Healthcare UK, where they built the Legal function and handled a wide range of legal matters. Wingmen began their career at Allen & Overy, specializing in corporate law, data protection, and commercial agreements.

Wingmen Chung obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Reading from 1998 to 2001. Following that, Chung pursued a Master of Laws (LL.M.) with a focus on Commercial Intellectual Property Law at the University of Nottingham from 2006 to 2007.
