Dean Ismael

Dean Ismael has extensive experience in the field of business intelligence and analytics. Dean is currently serving as the Vice President of Business Intelligence & Analytics at Cendyn since 2022. In this role, they lead the BI team and is responsible for delivering strategic roadmap, expanding analytical delivery capabilities, and developing enterprise and customer-facing BI dashboards. Dean has also worked as the Vice President of Business Intelligence & Analytics at Pegasus Solutions from 2001 to 2022, where they delivered advanced reporting solutions and transitioned the organization to a modern reporting framework. Dean has also held positions such as Director of Business Intelligence, Senior Product Manager of Business Intelligence and Representation Services, Product Manager of Reporting and Business Intelligence, and MIS Manager in various companies.

Dean Ismael attended the University of Hertfordshire from 1994 to 1997, where they pursued a BA (Hons) degree in Media Production Management. Prior to that, they attended Parmiters School, although no specific degree or field of study information is available.
