Ryan Stadt

Ryan Stadt is the founder of Ryan Stadt Leadership Coaching, established in November 2022, focusing on facilitating lasting change for individual clients. Concurrently, Ryan serves as the Senior Manager of Learning and Development at Cengage Group since July 2014, where leadership in developing company-wide people leader programs and transforming onboarding processes is a primary responsibility. Ryan's career at Cengage Group also includes roles as a Manager of Content Engineering and Content Engineer, where management of content operations and collaboration between content and software teams were key contributions. Prior experience includes teaching high school mathematics at Gloucester Public Schools from August 2011 to June 2014. Ryan Stadt holds a Master of Education in Secondary Mathematics Curriculum and Instruction and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy with a minor in Mathematics from Gordon College.
