Shannon Aucoin

Shannon Aucoin has extensive experience in education and customer service, currently serving as a Senior Subject Matter Expert at Cengage since March 2018. In addition, Shannon has been an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette since 2007 and previously taught at South Louisiana Community College from 2003 to 2007. Previous roles include Customer Care Manager at Cingular Wireless - Call Center from 2003 to 2004 and Claims Administrator at Tidewater Marine from 2001 to 2003. Shannon holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of New Orleans, completed between 2001 and 2003, and a Bachelor's degree in Insurance and Risk Management from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, earned from 1994 to 2000.
