Daniel Syphard

Daniel Syphard is the Director, Assistant General Counsel & U.S. Corporate Secretary at Cenovus Energy, where Daniel serves as the chief legal advisor for all U.S. operations. With a background in advising Fortune 500 companies on corporate issues, Daniel also has experience as an Associate Counsel at World Kinet and an Associate at Jones Day. Additionally, Daniel worked as a Law Clerk for the US Courts, focusing on corporate restructurings and legal issues. Daniel holds a Juris Doctor degree from Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business.
