Kurt Young

Kurt Young has a comprehensive work experience in contracts management and legal affairs. Kurt started their career at HTSI as a Contracts Finance Manager, where they provided fiscal management and developed cost proposals for federal government contracts. Kurt then moved to TMI Solutions, Inc. as the Director of Contracts, where they provided strategic direction and full life-cycle management for a portfolio of federal, state, local, and commercial contracts. Kurt also held the position of Director of Contracts at iFed, where they were responsible for contract management and negotiation. Kurt continued their career at eGlobalTech as a Contracts Manager, executing contract management for both federal clients and large commercial prime contractors. Kurt also worked as an Independent Consultant, providing federal contracts consulting services. Kurt then joined Phase One Consulting Group as a Contracts Manager/Compliance Officer, where they supported pre-award contract activities and conducted contract compliance and risk assessments. Currently, Kurt is serving as the Director of Contracts & Legal Affairs at Censeo Consulting Group.

Kurt Young holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government from the University at Buffalo. Kurt also obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the SUNY at Buffalo School of Law.
