Ahmed Maher

Ahmed Maher is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in the mining and financial sectors. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Centamin PLC Sukri Gold Mines since January 2021, Ahmed has also held the position of Financial Reporting Manager and Finance Manager at Centamin Egypt/Pharaoh Gold Mines since March 2012. Previously, Ahmed was the Head of Cost Controlling at Citadel LLC, ASEC from February 2009 to March 2012 and worked as an Auditor at the Central Auditing Organization from June 2006 to March 2009. Ahmed holds a Master's degree in Accounting from Alexandria University, earned between 2006 and 2009, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the same institution, completed in 2005.
