James Mansell

James Mansell serves as the Head of Service Management at CENTEGIX since September 2023, overseeing customer support, network operations, and service delivery. Prior to this role, James held various positions at Boingo Wireless from January 2014 to August 2023, including Director of the Network Operations Center where responsibilities included incident management and IT systems support. James also progressed through several roles at Time Warner Cable between October 2004 and December 2013, ultimately serving as Manager of IT Operations. Initial career experience was gained at ClientLogic as Lead of Tech Support. James earned an Associate of Science in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from ITT Technical Institute and furthered education at Brand College between 2013 and 2018.
