Helen Scott has extensive experience in service and customer management, currently serving as the Head of Service Management and Head of Customer Services at SIS Betting since September 1995. Helen's career includes roles as Credit Manager, Credit Control Supervisor, and Credit Controller within the same organization. Prior to SIS Betting, Helen worked at Hilton Hotels & Resorts as a Management Trainee from November 1992 to August 1995 and began her career as a Waitress at Chateau Gutcsch in 1992. Educationally, Helen holds a BTEC Higher National Diploma in Hotel, Catering & Institutional Management from Bournemouth University and a BTEC National Diploma in Hotel, Catering, and Hospitality Operations from City of Oxford College.
