Prior to SIS Betting, Helen worked at Hilton Hotels & Resorts as a Management Trainee from November 1992 to August 1995 and began her career as a Waitress at Chateau Gutcsch in 1992. Educationally, Helen holds a BTEC Higher National Diploma in Hotel, Catering & Institutional Management from Bournemouth University and a BTEC National Diploma in Hotel, Catering, and Hospitality Operations from City of Oxford College.
