Jen Simon

Jen Simon, MS, LPC, NCC, currently serves as Senior Manager of Health Equity at Centene Corporation, overseeing health equity operations and leading initiatives to address health disparities in Wisconsin. With a robust background in healthcare management, Jen has previously held positions including Senior Manager of Medical Management Operations and Clinical Manager, where responsibilities included leading integrated care management teams and ensuring compliance with health regulations. Prior experience includes roles as Clinical Coordinator and Supervisor at Bell Therapy and as a Pool Psychotherapist at Aurora Health Care. Jen holds a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology, Community Counseling, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
