Jessica Belser

Jessica Belser has a strong background in quality analytics and improvement in the healthcare industry. Jessica served as the VP of Quality Analytics at Centene Corporation, where they established data-driven reporting and strategies to support Medicare STAR improvement. Jessica also oversaw the end-to-end quality vendor process and presented findings to executive leadership. Prior to that, they worked at WellCare Health Plans, where they served as the VP of Enterprise Quality Programs and managed capital spending to create infrastructure and tools for data reporting and analysis. Jessica also developed teams to support clinical data capture and quality improvement. Additionally, they held roles at WellCare as Sr. Director and Director of Reporting and Analytics, where they implemented provider pay-for-performance programs and led the design and production of provider quality analytics tools. Jessica began their career at Amerigroup Corporation as the HEDIS and Health Promotions Quality Manager, where they successfully identified data solutions to improve Medicare STAR measures and coordinated regulatory quality reporting.

Jessica Belser attended Florida State University from 1995 to 1998. However, the degree name and field of study at this institution are unknown. Following this, they pursued a Master of Public Health - MPH with a focus in Epidemiology at Emory University, graduating in 2001.
