Erin Grant

Erin Grant is a dedicated policy and outreach professional with extensive experience in public policy and media relations. Currently serving as a Policy and Outreach Specialist at the Center for American Progress since October 2022, Erin previously held the role of Associate at Penn Hill Group. Erin's background includes a Media Intern position at CARE, where responsibilities included maintaining media lists and composing press summaries, as well as a News Reporter role at The Michigan Daily, focusing on timely news coverage. Additional experience includes participation in the Events Team for Leading Women of Tomorrow and research assistance in K-12 education policy at Old Dominion University. Erin's early career features a Journalism Intern role at The Borgen Project, contributing articles on global anti-poverty efforts, and an Accounting Intern position at Gente. Erin holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Policy from the University of Michigan and The Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy.
