Lauren Kruglinski

Lauren Kruglinski has a diverse work experience that spans across various roles and organizations. Lauren is currently working as the Associate Director of Institutional Giving at the Center for American Progress since June 2023. Before that, they worked as a Development Consultant from May 2022 to June 2023. From March 2018 to April 2022, they held the position of Director of Operations at City Blossoms. Additionally, they worked as a Development Consultant at City Blossoms from May 2017 to February 2018. Prior to that, they served as a Graduate Fellow at The Advocate Center for Culture and Education from December 2016 to August 2017. Lauren also has experience as a Coordinator at Greensgrow Farms from September 2015 to November 2016 and as a Farmer at Big Little Farm from April 2014 to October 2014. In their earlier career, they worked as an Administrative and Development Coordinator at City Blossoms from January 2012 to September 2013 and as the University Center Building Manager at American University from August 2008 to June 2012.

Lauren Kruglinski's education history begins in 2010 when they enrolled in the American University School of Extended and Professional Studies, where they studied International Environment and Development for one year. In 2011, they attended the University of Ghana for a brief period, focusing on Development Studies. From 2008 to 2012, Lauren pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations at American University. Following that, in 2013, they attended the University of the District of Columbia as a Master Gardener. Most recently, from 2016 to 2018, Lauren completed their Master of Science in Nonprofit Leadership at the University of Pennsylvania.
