Melissa Lent

Melissa Lent is a journalist and content strategist determined to tell the invisible stories. Prior to joining CUF, Melissa was an apprentice for the Shelter in Place podcast, a fellow for the Watson Foundation, and also reported for Gotham Gazette on topics such as race and identity, education, and business. Currently she also works as a lecturer for her alma mater CUNY Hunter College. She graduated with one BA in Media Studies and another in English.
