Janet Gronneberg has a diverse work experience. From 2001 to 2007, they worked as a Professional Tutor and Presentation Skills Coach at Endicott College. In 2007, they co-founded Intuitionet, a support group for mothers transitioning back into the workforce. During this time, they organized events, hosted career fairs, and participated in panel discussions. In 2014, they joined the Center for Applied Special Technology (CAST) and took on various roles, including Universal Design for Learning Initiative Coordinator and Development Officer. In these positions, they contributed to federal grant proposals, managed federal reporting requirements, and developed a strategic pipeline of foundation and corporate prospects. From 2017 to 2019, they served as the Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations at CAST, collaborating with researchers and professional staff to secure funding from federal agencies, corporations, and foundations.
Janet Gronneberg obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in American Studies from Colby College, where they studied from 1976 to 1980. Later on, they pursued a Master's degree in Organizational Management from Endicott College, completing their studies from 2003 to 2005.
