Andy Whitmoyer started their career as an Industrial Engineering Intern at UPS in 2000. Andy then joined Kimberly-Clark and worked as a Team Production Planner I and II from 2001 to 2005. Whitmoyer then moved to Bayer, where they held various roles including Inventory Analyst, Regional Representative for Project TRUST, Manager of Inventory & International Trade Strategy, Head of Supply Chain Excellence and Strategy in North America, Manager, Production Planning & Inventory Control, Senior Manager of Supply Chain Management, Director of Over-the-Counter Analgesic Manufacturing, Acting VP of Manufacturing Operations, and finally, Head of Consumer Health and Pharma Product Supply Argentina. Currently, Whitmoyer is the VP of Supply Chain at the Center for Breakthrough Medicines, starting in 2023.

Andy Whitmoyer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Logistics from Penn State University, which they completed from 1997 to 2001. Andy later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, which they completed between 2006 and 2008. In addition to their formal education, Andy has obtained various certifications and completed training programs. These include the Bayer Digital Disruption Program from IMD in March 2021, the Bayer Consumer Health Digital Transformation Program from IMD in October 2020, the Behavior Based Safety Leadership Training from Aubrey Daniels International in June 2016, the Leadership Lebanon Valley program from the Lebanon Valley Chamber of Commerce in November 2013, the Crucial Conversations training from Crucial Learning in May 2011, the Leadership Academy from Bayer in April 2010, the Import/Export 101 program from Miller & Company P.C. in July 2009, the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People training from FranklinCovey in November 2001, and the World Class Leadership Practices program from Kimberly-Clark in February 2001.
