Chip Adams is the Founder and Chairman of the Center for Conscientious Leadership since January 2016, focusing on character and leadership development. Additionally, Chip currently serves as a Board Member for WelbeHealth and as an Advisory Board Member for Anthos Capital, roles held since 2019 and 2010, respectively. Chip has been an Adjunct Professor at Santa Clara University since January 2017, teaching a course on Conscientious Capitalism. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Under Armour as Chief Performance Officer and Board Member from 2003 to 2017, overseeing business strategy and organizational alignment, and as Founder and Partner at Rosewood Capital from 1986 to 2011. Chip holds an M.B.A. from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a bachelor's degree from Princeton University.

The Center of Conscientious Leadership (CCL) is a community of young professionals and national leaders, hungry to develop greater Purpose, Character, Courage, and Impact in their careers and lives.
