Elizabeth Hart

Elizabeth Hart is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations, corporate development, and strategy consulting. Currently serving as the Head of Operations and Membership Growth at the Center for Conscientious Leadership since August 2019, Elizabeth plays a pivotal role in fostering a community dedicated to character and leadership development. Prior to this, Elizabeth held various positions at Salesforce from August 2018 to August 2023, progressing from Corporate Development M&A Integration Manager to Corporate Development M&A Director. Elizabeth’s earlier experience includes strategic roles at Accenture from 2012 to 2018, as well as an impactful internship as a Sustainability Consultant at Stanford University Medical Center in 2010. Elizabeth's educational background includes degrees in Business Finance and Environmental Studies from Santa Clara University, along with an MBA focused on Finance from the Leavey School of Business.
