Jerica Schlachter

Jerica Schlachter is a Finance Manager in Corporate FP&A at Apple, where employment began in October 2018 following a robust journey through the Finance Development Program. This program provided rotations across multiple finance roles, including US Carrier Sales Finance and Worldwide non-phone Sales Finance, and involved extensive use of systems such as Tableau, Excel, and Oracle Essbase. Additionally, Jerica is an active Forum Member at the Center for Conscientious Leadership, contributing to the development of emerging leaders. Prior experience includes serving as a Student Ambassador at Santa Clara University, engaging with prospective students, and an Endowment Intern role, where skills in investment strategy and financial analysis were honed. Jerica also gained valuable experience as a Finance Intern at Apple, supporting operational decisions and analytics.
