Colleen Gibbons

Colleen Gibbons is a Senior Program Manager at the Center for Justice Innovation, specializing in treatment courts and providing technical assistance on drug court initiatives across the United States. Gibbons has held significant leadership roles, including Upstate Deputy Director at the same organization, overseeing opioid court expansion and community justice initiatives. Previous experience includes serving as an Associate Attorney at Bousquet Holstein PLLC, focusing on estate planning and not-for-profit law, and various legal roles at Syracuse University College of Law, including representing low-income taxpayers and clients with disabilities. Gibbons holds a Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law, a Ph.D. in Human and Community Development from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and additional degrees in the same field and Exceptional Education.
