Florin Petrescu

Florin Petrescu currently serves as a Client Solutions Partner and Senior Faculty member at the Center for Creative Leadership, focusing on leadership development across Europe, Turkey, and Central Asia since November 2018. Prior to this role, Florin held the position of Director of Human Resources and Executive Board Member at Vodafone Romania from June 2016 to October 2018, managing a large team for a significant subsidiary of Vodafone Group. Florin's extensive experience in human resources includes over 16 years at Citi, where responsibilities ranged from overseeing HR for Russia, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan to serving as Senior Vice President for EMEA HR in Retail and Commercial Banking. Florin possesses a Master's degree in International HR Management from Cranfield School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Academia de Studii Economice din București.
