Jessica Gressel

Jessica Gressel, MBA, has a diverse and extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Jessica currently holds the role of Director of Implementation Operations at the Center for Creative Leadership since February 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Manager of Implementation Operations at the same company from September 2021.

Before joining the Center for Creative Leadership, Gressel worked at Hilton as a Co-Founder and Board Member for Women at Hilton, San Diego, from December 2018 to December 2019.

Jessica'sprevious work experience includes a significant tenure at Hilton San Diego Bayfront, where they served as a Senior Event Manager from December 2013 to June 2019. In this role, they were responsible for the successful execution of large-scale events, managing client relationships, maximizing hotel revenue, and training colleagues.

Gressel also worked at Remington Hotels as a Catering Sales & Conference Services Manager from October 2009 to March 2013. In this role, they directed all aspects of up to 20 projects monthly, including budget management and client relationship management.
