Muninder Anand

Muninder Anand has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. They started their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Consultant, working closely with senior executives across the country. Muninder then moved on to Hewitt Associates as a Business Technology Leader, focusing on the importance of services with a science and information-based leadership approach.

Following this, Muninder joined Schneider Electric India Pvt. Ltd. as the General Manager of HR, where they were responsible for expanding and setting up a team of sixty members. They gained valuable experience in effective leadership and business transformation.

Next, Muninder joined Mercer as the Director of Client Development, later transitioning to lead the Information Product Solutions team. This move allowed Muninder to explore the world of consulting and value-intensive projects.

After their time at Mercer, Muninder joined KPMG India as an Associate Director in Management Consulting, specializing in People and Change. This role gave them the opportunity to work on various public sector projects and engage with different industries and sectors.

Their most recent role was at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) as the Managing Director for India, South Asia, and the Global Support Center. Muninder played a crucial role in building the organization from the ground up, achieving significant growth in terms of the number of leader lives touched and financial outcomes.

Muninder Anand completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree in 1995 from Delhi University, with a focus on Commerce. They then pursued a degree in Cost and Works Accountancy from the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India, obtaining the AICWAI qualification in 1997. Muninder Anand also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources (HR) from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies. Aside from their formal education, Muninder Anand is currently enrolled in the CCL Assessment Certification Course offered by the Center for Creative Leadership, expected to be completed in 2023.
