Eric N.

Eric N. has a diverse work experience in the field of policy counsel and advocacy. Eric currently serves as the Co-Director of the Privacy & Data Project at the Center for Democracy & Technology since 2022. Previously, they worked at Access Now as the US Policy Manager and Global Policy Counsel from 2019 to 2022. Eric N. also held positions at New America's Open Technology Institute as a Senior Policy Counsel and Policy Counsel from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Staff Attorney at the Institute for Public Representation, Georgetown Law School in the field of Communications and Technology. Eric N. also has experience as an independent counsel, attorney on assignment at Ladas & Parry LLP, and as a legal fellow at the U.S. House of Representatives and Public Knowledge.
