Jessica Molina

Jessica Molina is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts since March 2020. Jessica has held various positions in human resources, including HR Assistant Manager and Human Resources Generalist II. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Operations & HR Associate at Boston Plan for Excellence and as an HR Generalist at the Public Schools of Brookline. Jessica initiated and managed key HR functions, such as recruitment and applicant tracking using PeopleAdmin. Earlier roles include a Human Resources Assistant within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, where Jessica contributed to organizing significant events and provided support for consumer conferences. Jessica holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Emmanuel College and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Bridgewater State University.
