Sarah (Dudley) Cassidy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client experience strategy and digital product innovation, currently serving as Managing Director, Head of Client Experience Strategy Enablement at Barings since August 2012. In this role, Sarah champions client-centric initiatives by leveraging client insights to inform strategic decision-making.
