Sarah (Dudley) Cassidy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client experience strategy and digital product innovation, currently serving as Managing Director, Head of Client Experience Strategy Enablement at Barings since August 2012. In this role, Sarah champions client-centric initiatives by leveraging client insights to inform strategic decision-making. Previous positions at Barings include Managing Director, Head of Digital Product Innovation, where Sarah established the company's inaugural digital product management team, and Director, Head of Global Sales Enablement, where operational transformations enhanced sales performance across international teams. Additionally, Sarah serves as the Policy, Advocacy & Ecosystem Development Co-Chair at the Center for Digital Equity, contributing to initiatives aimed at increasing digital equity in Mecklenburg County. Sarah holds a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Economics from Fordham University and has obtained a Customer Experience Certification from Forrester.
