M.D. Abdul-Aziz

MD. ABDUL-AZIZ is a Geographic Information Systems Consultant at the Center for Environmental and Geographic Information Services (CEGIS) since September 2023, contributing to a nationwide Land Use Zoning project through data collection, analysis, and mapping. Previously, MD. ABDUL-AZIZ served as a Research Assistant in GIS and Remote Sensing at the Department of Geography and Environmental Studies, University of Rajshahi, from July 2021 to September 2023, assisting research efforts in geographic and remote sensing projects. Additionally, MD. ABDUL-AZIZ worked as a GIS Associate at Geo-Planning for Advanced Development (GPAD) Ltd, where expertise in geographic data collection, analysis, and GIS software was demonstrated. Leadership experience includes serving as Treasurer and Vice President for Badhon, Sayed Amir Ali Hall Unit, and as a class representative during university studies. MD. ABDUL-AZIZ earned a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Geography and Environmental Studies from the University of Rajshahi, along with previous educational credentials in Science.
