Joel Hickman

Joel Hickman is currently serving as the Deputy Director / Fellow Transatlantic Defense and Security at the Center for European Policy Analysis. Prior to this role, Joel held various positions in organizations such as the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, the UK Home Office, UK Ministry of Defence, and NATO. With a background in Philosophy and Theology from the University of Nottingham, Joel has extensive experience in areas such as counter-terrorism, defense resources, and political affairs.
