Viki Peralta

Viki Peralta, DSL, is a seasoned professional in the field of recruitment with extensive experience in managing recruitment operations across various healthcare settings. Currently serving as a Senior Corporate Recruiter at CFG Health Network since January 2015, Viki is responsible for full cycle recruitment for licensed and non-licensed positions in mental and behavioral health programs. Prior to this role, Viki spent a decade as the Global Recruitment Manager at Medtalents, Inc., where oversight of international recruitment operations was a key responsibility. Viki holds a Doctor of Strategic Leadership from Liberty University, obtained in May 2023, and a Master’s degree in Human Relations/Organizational Leadership from the University of Oklahoma, completed in 2005.
