Shelly Carson-Gainer

Shelly Carson-Gainer is an experienced professional in human resources and e-learning, currently serving as the Leave and Disability Administration Manager and previously as a Leave Management Specialist at Riverside Health System since April 2013. In addition, Shelly has been an Online Instructor at the Center for Financial Training Atlantic & Central States since 2009, specializing in Human Resource Management, Supervision, Organizational Behavior, Human Relations, and Marketing. Prior experience includes working as a Human Resources Generalist at Old Point National Bank from June 2000 to May 2012. Shelly holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Strayer University, earned between 2006 and 2008.
