Roxy came to CHS in 2021 after spending 15 years in various HR related positions in state government. She learned about the mission of CHS and knew that she wanted to help individuals live life to the fullest and without limitations. Roxy holds two bachelor's degrees in business administration and accounting respectively and a master’s degree in business administration from Lincoln University. She is an advocate for Diversity, Inclusion, Equity, and Belonging and she wants to see CHS become the employer of choice and a model of inclusive culture in Pettis and in the other counties where the organization has a presence. Roxy and her husband own a tree service business in Jefferson City and she also serves as a board member for the Missouri Baptist Credit Union and the Hispanic Baptist Fellowship Association.
