Dr. Shalaghya Sharma (PMP, PhD, )

Dr. Shalaghya Sharma is an assistant professor at CMS Business School and Jain University. They are also a management trainer at NIESBUD, focusing on sustainable entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship. Dr. Sharma is the founder and president of the Samahit Foundation, a non-governmental organization dedicated to women empowerment and child welfare through skill development, training, and education. They have also held various teaching and research positions at IILM University, Dr. Zakir Husain Institute & IIBM, and Amity University, specializing in sustainability, entrepreneurship, marketing, and project management. Additionally, Dr. Sharma has experience in project management, brand engagement, and CSR at Sudarshan News and Neutral Publishing House Ltd. They hold a PhD in Management from Amity University and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Amity Business School.
