Dr. Minerva Das is a seasoned academic and researcher with a diverse background in human resource management and education. Currently serving as a Researcher at Utkal University and an Assistant Professor at CMS Business School since 2022, Dr. Das also held positions as an Independent Academic Expert at Victoria University and Faculty Coordinator at University of the People earlier. With experience as a Project Manager and Faculty Member in competitive exams at Unacademy, Dr. Das has contributed significantly to various institutions, including the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and Amity University as a Visiting Professor.
