Ryan Scherzinger

Ryan Scherzinger is an experienced professional in urban resilience and planning, currently serving as the Manager of Urban Resilience at the Center for Neighborhood Technology since February 2023. Previously, Ryan held various roles at the American Planning Association from October 2007 to August 2020, including Programs Manager for Professional Practice and Senior Outreach Associate. Earlier experience includes a position as a Marketing Associate at Zipcar in 2006 and serving as a Mental Health/Substance Abuse Technician at GUIDANCE CARE CENTER INC from 2004 to 2005. Ryan began a career in construction as a Contractor's Assistant and Carpenter from 1999 to 2004. Ryan holds a Master of Arts in Public Anthropology from American University and a Bachelor's degree in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Louisville.
