Kevin Wolfe

Kevin Wolfe has accrued extensive experience in government affairs and real estate investment. Currently serving as Senior Government Affairs Manager and previously in various managerial roles at the Center for NYC Neighborhoods since June 2015, Kevin is also the Founder of Wingardium LLC, a real estate investment company overseeing a 40-unit portfolio. Prior to these roles, Kevin acted as Field Director for Friends of Amy Crawford during the 2015 Aldermanic election and served as Special Assistant to Brooklyn Borough President Eric Adams. Early career positions include District Representative for New York State Senator Jeffrey Klein and Intern for Alderman Virginia Rugai in Chicago. Kevin holds a Bachelor's degree in History from Washington University in St. Louis.
