The executive team at Center for Open Science has a long history of experience in the fields of psychology and publishing. The team's co-founder, Brian Nosek, is a professor at the University of Virginia and the co-founder and executive director of Project Implicit, Inc. In addition, the team's COO and deputy publisher, Heather Piwowar, is an adjunct professor at Pepperdine University. The team's senior vice president and managing director, U.S., Katina Dobriskey, is also an executive editor at McGraw-Hill Education. Lastly, the team's education histories are also quite impressive, with degrees coming from Yale University, California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, and Pepperdine University Graduate School of Education and Psychology.
