Steve Goodrich

Steve Goodrich has a long and varied work experience, starting in 1984 when they became the CEO of The Center for Organizational Excellence. Steve has also held the position of Vice Chairman at Government Transformation Initiative from 2011 to 2013. In recent years, Steve has focused on writing, having authored books such as "Transforming Government from Congress to the Cubicle" in 2016 and "A Little Instruction Book for Congress" in 2021. Steve is currently working on another book called "Overcoming Racism and Prejudice - We can do this together" which is set to be released in 2023.

Steve Goodrich pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Education at Fitchburg State University. Steve later enrolled at the University of Maryland where they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Industrial Management.
