Michelle Feldman

Director, Partnerships at Center for Policing Equity

Michelle Feldman is the Director of Partnerships at the Center for Policing Equity. She has been leading issue advocacy and political campaigns from both inside and outside of government for over 16 years. Most recently, she was the Policy and Campaigns Director for the Women's Community Justice Association, a community-based organization dedicated to ending the mass incarceration of women and girls in New York.

Previously, Michelle was the Director of State Campaigns at the Innocence Project, where she led efforts that resulted in the passage of over 35 laws to prevent and address wrongful convictions. As a staffer for the New York State Assembly Democratic Caucus, she led policy and communications for members in “swing districts” and managed their election campaigns. She served as a legislative and communications director for a New York City Council Member, and managed state assembly and borough president races.

Michelle graduated from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and was an AVODAH fellow.
