Tanya Johnson

Tanya Johnson is a seasoned educational and organizational leader, currently serving as the CEO and Founder of Impact Strategy Group since May 2020. With a diverse consulting portfolio, Johnson has provided expertise in organizational design and strategic planning for The Ability Challenge and the Center for Policing Equity. Over the years, Johnson has held key roles such as Vice President of Program Design at Turnaround for Children, where strategic improvements and equity initiatives were developed. As an education consultant with Authentic Education since 2012, Johnson has facilitated curriculum development workshops and supported schools in transitioning to Common Core Standards. Johnson's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from UCLA.
