Enid Muthoni Ndigaa has an extensive work experience in the field of reproductive rights and development law. Enid is currently the Chief Programs Officer at the Center for Reproductive Rights, where they lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of a legal program strategy to enhance access to sexual and reproductive health and rights globally. Prior to this, Enid served as the Senior Vice President of the Global Legal Program at the Center for Reproductive Rights.
Enid also has experience working with the International Development Law Organization (IDLO) as a Regional Program Manager for Africa, and previously as the Kenya Country Director. At IDLO, they contributed to the legal development and access to justice in the African region.
Enid has also worked as a Programme Specialist for Gender at UNFPA, a National Programme Officer for Human Rights & Civic Education at UNDP, and a Regional Gender & Human Rights Based Approach Development Advisor at the Norwegian Church Aid.
Enid's early career included roles such as Senior Human Rights Officer at the Kenya National Commission on Human Rights, Program Manager & Team Leader at the Federation of Women Lawyers - FIDA Kenya, and as the Founding Member & Coordinator of Youth Agenda. Enid also served as the National Coordinator at the Education Centre for Women in Democracy.

Enid Muthoni Ndigahas has a strong educational background. Enid'seducation history begins with their time at Alliance Girls High School, where they completed their secondary education between 1987 and 1990. Enid then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree at the University of Nairobi from 1992 to 1996.
After completing their LLB, Enid Muthoni Ndigahas attended the Kenya School of Law, where they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Law in 1997. Following this, they decided to further enhance their academic qualifications by earning a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Gender and Development from the University of Nairobi between 2005 and 2007.
In their quest for continuous learning and professional development, Enid Muthoni Ndigahas enrolled at ESCP Business School from 2023 to 2025 to pursue an Executive MBA in International Business, equipping herself with the skills and knowledge required for leadership roles in the global business landscape.
