Sergio Duarte

Sergio Duarte, MSHRM, MSML, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at the Center for Reproductive Rights, where innovative recruitment strategies and dynamic diversity sourcing initiatives are implemented to enhance the organization's position as an "Employer of Choice." Previously, Sergio held leadership roles in talent acquisition at notable organizations, including the NBA, where impactful global recruitment initiatives were developed, and The Derm Group, where a robust recruitment function for medical staff was scaled. Early career highlights include successful recruitment at Elgen Staffing and Mobile Technical Training, coupled with military experience as a Military Police Officer in the United States Marine Corps. Sergio holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Management and Leadership from Western Governors University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Rutgers University.
