Lubna Saikaly

Lubna Saikaly is an experienced Human Resources professional at UNICEF, having served since June 2003 in various roles including Human Resources Manager for the New Talent Unit and Human Resources Specialist. Responsibilities encompass strategic recruitment, performance management, learning and staff development, as well as managing policies, benefits, and entitlements. Additionally, Lubna has held the position of Human Resources Manager at the UNICEF Regional Office for the Middle East and North Africa since December 2015. Lubna holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management from the University of Wales.
